Just saw the trailer... funny stuff. The poking of the fun at those creepy Toddlers in Tiaras competitions.... priceless.

I know. I would love to have a Town Coupe in that color. They are hard to find.

But I bet they totally destroy it in the movie.

I think it's a 1978...I can't really tell if it has the full wood grain dash, but it looks like it has the 1978 style dash.

I just saw The Godfather again in a movie theatre. There's a 42 Continental in the famous "horses head" scene. Look through the window to the left of Jack Woltz's bed and there it is! I recall the Mad magazine satire of the movie- they had a different part of a horse's anatomy in the bed. :D

Yea; there's also a '41 Continental later on in the movie--in the Santino-kill scene.

The movie that came out recently, the Iceman, about the mob hitman Richard Kuklinsky features a 75-76 Continental and also some other various Lincolns. I read that it was a lower budget (in Hollywood terms) movie, none of the cars in the movie are that nice (old paint jobs, incorrect wheels/tires, old headliners) compared to the nice early 1970s Lincolns featured in American Gangster, which was probably a really expensive movie to make.

The main 75-76 Lincoln has these strange hubcaps/wheels installed on it. It looked to be a base-model car. There was also a scene which was supposed to take place in the later 1960's and there is a 1970s Continental 2 door that can be scene driving around. Someone always notices.

They don't wreck any of the Lincolns though, but the one car is driven pretty hard in one scene.

"Lovelace" starring Amanda Seyfried as Linda Lovelace, star of breakout porn flick "Deep Throat" has what appears to be a dark green '66 or '67 'vert in one scene.
[Better movie than you'd think, BTW, considering the subject matter, and Seyfried, who was also in the recent bomb "The Big Wedding," turns out to be a pretty decent actress.]

Hmmm--wonder if it was the same 'vert they used in Spider Man 2.

I just saw the movie "The Family" with Robert De Niro and Sharon Stone which was a great movie BTW. In in a very brief scene in the movie while they were doing a flashback reminisce when De Niro was a running the streets of Brooklyn back in 95, when outside this one Little Italy cafe, in the background there was a Black Mark V from behind. I thought that was pretty cool to see.

There's one thing that Lincolns are respected for, and that's by Mobsters and Mob movies. :D 8) :smt071

Yes a Lincoln has a staring role.

Please ignore if you have already seen it.

Does anyone recognize the movie this shot came from? It's not a trick question, I don't know the answer.
