Perhaps you should . There is a way to assess it long-term without counting each day that ticks by. You already have the starting date of this period, so record that. Leave it be, and if the day comes that they start to open, record that day, then use a calendar table (one which counts the days of the year numerically) to do the math. After a month and a half, that's what I would do.
Seriously, though, your achievement is great. Many with hidden headlights can take lessons from your experience to fix theirs.
