Tupelo Car Museum to close

Post by Stuart M. Cohen »

Got this from my cousin who lives near there. Too bad; we were there about 5 years ago and they did have some really neat stuff. I have pictures of the Alvis, Allard and a bunch of other neat cars. Good thing I don't have any more room..... :D

I didn't dream it, my wife told me about it. The new museum is in Arundel, Maine, which is just a tad north of Kennebunk, or Kennebunkport, I can't exactly remember. We had to look it up on a map. That would put it a couple hours south of me. Part of me wonders if the new museum will try to outshine the Owls Head Transportation Museum, which is only minutes from me. Don't know anything about this new one at all. According to a news article it is not yet open. Wayne
