Spent the whole day but I got the new coil mounted and after two trips to pull-a-part and donations from a Crown Vic, explorer, and an Expedition I have the A/C lines made up. A visit to the TIG welder and the are done.

Wow, really nice and tidy work there. It might just be the angle of the picture, but is the battery going to fit in there? This is another build I am really enjoying. Thanks for sharing it with us.

It will fit fine that was why I had to get so many piece to make the angles to get around the battery.

Pulled the rear end to start on the four link while it was out of the way plumbed in my fuel filler.

Three things:

One: it looks great, keep up the good work.
Two: did you just replace the old nasty fuel filler or is there a reason you did it that is related to your awesome build?
Three: Kentucky from Georgia wouldn't be too far to ship parts for chrome. Who did you use and are you satisfied with the results? May I ask how much that costs? i would like to get my door handles done one day.

Thanks appreciate the compliment. Replaced the fuel tank with a 22 gal Jaz fuel cell so I could mount my in tank pump. The original tank has the corner flattened where the filler goes in to let it seal, the fuel cell did not have this so I had to make a very sharpe zig zag to line up with the original hole in the trunk. So no NASCAR hi speed fill ups but it looks clean in the trunk and keeps the original filler and cap. Had the plating done by Airline Plating in Huston Texas they had the best price on the door handles by half at $100.00 each, everything in the pic was a total 0f 800.00 plus shipping. the windshield visor mounts were BAD tons of pitting so yes I am happy with the chrome.

Thanks for the fast reply, I forgot about the fuel cell. If I ever find a new job here and make some money to try to put that Ford Racing stroker motor in I want, might be picking your brain about the fuel cell. In fact I'm going to go back and read up on your posts now.
Thanks for the info on the chrome, It's so expensive and a personal reference is always better than a shot in the dark.

Started working on the 4 link, looks like it is not going to work with the fuel cell have to have a thinner tank made.

Okay, I went back through your whole thread but couldn't find who made your bag kit. So I have to ask, who makes this kit?
Looks pretty cool and keep up the good work, you're getting closer.
