LCC

Post by Deco »

This term has been used on this board for a while. My understanding of it was that it was an acronym for Lincoln Continental Convertible. I have been seeing some references to '68 LCCs as of late which I am guessing are for a Lincoln Continental Coupe.

Can we come up with a consensus for:

Lincoln Continental Convertible
Lincoln Continental Coupe
Lincoln Continental Sedan

Just trying to keep our own vernacular clear.

LCC is convertible. Sometimes a newbie will use LCC as short for Lincoln Continental not realizing what the extra C stands for.

If you see someone misusing LCC, just correct them.

Lincoln Continental Convertible = LCC
Lincoln Continental Coupé = Coupé
Lincoln Continental Sedan = Sedan
