manuals

Post by norgale »

Whats the difference between a service manual and a maintenance manual? I'm looking for a Ford original book that will include the engine assembly for a 61 engine and the books I see on eBay are called service and maintenance manuals. Which will give me the most information??

I noticed that a lot of people refer to the maintenance manual as a shop or service manual. They are all the same thing. There is, however, a service specifications handbook which is simply a compilation of all the specifications having to do with the car, all of which i believe are contained in the maintenance manual. The maintenance manual is what you want.
