1967 Lincoln Continental stalling when warm

Did you clear out the choke stove? Very easy on a 462, just remove it from the manifold and wire brush each side. If you don't have a new gasket, I see no problem with leaving it off, but do not use silicon, it will squeeze inwards. There should be a supply tube from the carb horn, yours is missing. In the mean time, just back the choke off a couple of degrees for testing, it will be harder to start, but should run when warm.
Also, I would check the distributer advances, but if it was running alright before, that should be okay still. You could try the timing a little +/-, and see if there's any difference.

In my experience, the index marks on an old choke cap are dubious. If any of mine need adjustment, I’ll usually pick a morning in the 50 - 60F neighborhood, and then adjust the cap until the flap just lightly seats. There may be certain conditions where that isn’t quite enough choke, and might die once or twice, but I’d rather have it lean, than running rich for an extended period. The water heated choke caps on my year are (comparatively) pretty slow to react after starting.

Agreed, the index marks are good for the initial set, off the car, but after this many years, who knows how accurate they are, setting the butterfly on a cool day is my go to, after everything else has been set. An electric choke conversion is even better.
Back in the day, when we drove carburetted engines year round, I would have to reset them for wintertime or summer, and still had to pump it a few times on a colder day.

It sounds like your coil may be failing. You have just about eliminated all fuel caused failures, so I would try a new coil.

I have a new coil and condenser
I will install and report back too

And like Magic!!! I replaced the COIL and the car seems to run
flawlessly!!!! No stalling as yet and great kickdown and acceleration

My dad always said if it feels like a fuel problem, it's probably electrical! Glad Tom remembered that.

Glad you got it going. The condensor could also cause a problem like this.

I've heard that if you can't fix it with a hammer, then it's probably an electrical problem. Wayne
