FS: 66 67 Convertible Rear Bumper Bar core

Post by Dan Szwarc »

Driver quality convertible rear bumper upper bar.

Sedan bumper bars are wrong and don’t work unless you shim them out because the lip is too big for the inverted opening deck to clear! If you have a convertible and your trunk hits the bumper when open, you need this.

Good for replating. All nuts still intact. No major dents, just some easily repairable nicks and scratches.

Asking $150 local pickup only Detroit area.

Not that I need one (yet), but that makes for very interesting technical information. Until now I was never aware that the rear bumpers were that different between the 'verts and the other models.
