sediment bowl filter

Post by hanko mechanico »

57 Lincoln Capri. Is there a fuel filter available to go in the sediment bowl of this unit as I don't want to have an in-line filter between pump and carb. Doesn't look that great. I've tried locating one with no luck. Just need a part#.

I don’t know this for certain, but if you have a glass bowl sediment filter, it’s likely to be the same as used on Thunderbirds of those years. If it is the type in the fuel pump, that is below as well.

Lee Thanks. I'll see if I can locate these. It's not the same as the T-bird one, as I have a 56 T-bird, its the one in the fuel pump.
