Mark V Sunroof Question

So, my sunroof doesn't work, and I would love to get it functional again! When I got the car (1979 Collector Series Mark V), it was obvious that someone was/had worked on the sunroof because the cables are gone. The motor does work. I am also missing the inner panel inside of the sliding sunroof door. I believe the piece is called the halo panel? My question is, does anyone have any resources for these parts? I think I can get the cables from Lincoln Land or a source in Arizona, but I have not seen an inner panel piece for sale anywhere. If anyone has any leads on this piece that would be great. Thanks!

Any decent interior shop can make that for much less..

The shade panel I do have. When you open it there should be piece that goes around the opening and covers the inner workings of the sunroof, like the cables. That is the piece I am missing. When you open the shade panel everything is exposed.
