1994 TOWNCAR AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT

Post by autonut »

i am getting a repetitive AIR BAG warning light and wondering how to troubleshoot. I believe there is a AIR BAG DIAGNOSTIC CONNECTOR. I think it is on the passenger side of the engine somewhere. But cannot find much info on it as far as getting a trouble code out of it. Can one plug a BDI tester into that connector to determine the trouble code? The manual says nothing about using a tester to read codes from this connector. A little confused. Help Anyone??
