Sorry but at or anywhere near that price, no one will be in a hurry to buy it neither. Most in pristine condition sell for less than half your asking price.
This was John's last post just a few days ago.

PRATT, John Andrew - formerly of London, John passed away on Tuesday, April 8th, 2014 in Westland Michigan. Son of Dr. and Mrs. Glenn Pratt, John is survived by his dear wife Michele, his sister Catherine of London, his brother Thomas and wife Caroline of Burlington and his mother Frances of London. He was predeceased by his father in 1999. He will be greatly missed by his aunt, Pauline Porter, of Michigan, and her family, many cousins and their families in Ontario, as well as his brothers-in-law Raymond, James and William and their families of Michigan and California. John had a kidney transplant twice, the latter being gifted by his wife. It had been his wish to one day act in kind and donate. He has realized that final wish. His life will be celebrated at the Uht Funeral Home, 35400 Glenwood Road in Westland Michigan on Tuesday, April 15th, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, 785 Wonderland Rd S, Suite 203, London, ON N6K 1M6.12742884

Perhaps leave it for a time to allow expressions of condolences to his family, and their thanks for same, then delete it?

Anyway, condolences to his family.

That was a shock to find that e-mail in my box yesterday.

May he rest in peace.

I haven't received any real details and really only rumors.

Our last LCOC magazine had two other death notices in it, also. It's crazy.
