I want to install this Petronix electronic ignitor in my 72 Mark 4. it needs 12 volts, so I should bypass the resistor wire and connect it with a 12 volt one.
Does anyone has a tip where is the easiest to connect a new wire? And is it really necessary in order to let the ignitor and coil function well? Do I have to take the dash off in order to get to this wire?
Thanks for your advice
