Good Sellers List

Temporarily locked due to spammers. Will investigate.

Ask here if you are looking for a facility to perform labor on your Lincoln. You should also post your recommended suppliers or servicers here for others to find. Want to name a vendor you had a bad experience with? Post your comments here, but please stick to the facts. Ask or post for Part Numbers and Cross References in the sub-forum specifically for that here.

Good Sellers List

Post by Dan Szwarc »

Please post the username, eBay name, real name, or aliases of anyone you have purchased from in this thread. Just keep it short and give praise where needed. You can put vendors in this list too.

Go to this threadfor a list of bad sellers.

I'll start the list with John Cashman. :D

I'd reccommend R & A Engineering, Bob Anzalone, Manchester, MI as a top-notch restoration shop. The place is way too clean and organized. Bob won't quote anything. He charges $60.00 per man hour and produces amazing work.

As a frequent eBay buyer (and seller) I have to praise a guy from Canada taking apart Lincolns. He is always willing to coorporate or look around his yard and helped me out several times.
Also he sells what he promises. Good thing is that --http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/carr_nuttcars/-- ships all over the world, the weak point being that the postal services in the northern part of North America are not used to ship big or heavy packages.
Check his feedback.

I want to put in a good word for Mike Stortini, aka navguy12. I have sold him many things and met him in person. He's a great guy and is going to have a great Lincoln to show off in Chicago this year.

I have been pleased with Baker's Auto in Putnam, Ct.

Steven in parts has always been quick to reply and has supplied many parts for my 69 that otherwise would have been difficult. And, he helps with advice to guide you through a problem.

I have to say John Cashman. I bought the rare emergency light switch for 65 LC off of ebay from him. He just happened to be in Los Angeles, so I took my Lincoln to him to pay for the item, and I decided to fix 2 of my power windows. John fixed the power windows while I was there and made it look so easy(I attempted it myself prior, but was scared off from the tortion spring). Great guy, and very knowledgeable of 60's Lincoln Continentals. He travels the country in a RV, looking to fix 60s convertibles and windows. Plus, In his spare back woods trips, finds junkyard Lincolns and takes the salvageable parts from them before they are to be destroyed by their owners. If you need a specialty part, and cannot seem to locate one, call John Cashman. Great guy and reasonable rates! He can even come to you...

This thread is more intended for independent sellers (like forum members) rather than the Vendors.

I recently sold a few parts to jamu (Jarmo from Finland). He's a good person to deal with. :-)
