DOOR PLASTIC ARM REST CRACKS ON LINCOLN MARK Vs SOLUTIONS?

Seems to be a common issue on Mark Vs that on both the driver side and passenger side door arm rests around the door power swtich panels there are cracks. I do not know if there are replacement reproductions available. Any quick fix solution advice?? I thought of filling the cracks with clear silicone and using plastic touch up paint to cover it up or using a strong epoxy glue to mend the cracks and then plastic touch up paint. What do you think??

You use padded dash filler then figure out the correct color to color match the repair. There are a ton of videos on this online.
