Simple. Order a tank for a 57 Ford. It's the same size, length/width/height. The filler neck, fuel line fitting, and the overflow are all in the same locations. The filler neck has a different length and arc so just remove it from you old tank and solder it into the new. The location of the sending unit, however, is in a different location so you will not be able to get to it through the access hole. This is what I did for both my coupe and my convertible.
