MY BRAKE LITES AND TURN SIGNALS WENT OUT LAST NIGHT FUSES OK WHERE IS THE FLASHER ON MY 1991 LINCOLN CONT.

I don't have any body-type info on front drive Continentals. But you might try turning on and off your 4 Way Flashers a few times and see if that helps. The turn signals route through that switch, so the 4 Way can control them. In the 4 Way Off mode, the 4 Way switch connects them straight on through, those contacts could become dirty. Maybe not your trouble, but no cost to try
